GENERAL
- Q- what kind of clay do you use?
- A - i use original sculpey and sculpey firm!
- Q - what kind of paint?
- A - i use FolkArt Matte Acrylics for colors, black and white Liquitex Basics
- Q - what kind of glaze/sealant?
- A - i glaze with Varathane waterbased polyurethane in gloss
- Q - how do you make your patches?
- A - i make my patches at home by myself on my embroidery machine! i use inkstitch (a free software) to design my patches!
- Q - what do you draw on?
- A - i draw on an iPad Pro 11"
- Q - how do you make your stickers?
- A - i design my stickers on my iPad, and send those designs to a manufacturer to get made! i'd like to make them at home at some point, i just cant afford a cricket machine atm :']
- Q - is kitty for sale?
- A - absolutely not.
SHIPPING
- Q - how long does it take to ship my order?
- A - if you order any clay pals, it takes approx. 1-2 weeks since they're made to order! anything else 3-5 buisness days!
- Q - do you accept returns/refrunds?
- A - I only accept returns if I have messed up your order, which i will need proof of. I dont do refunds.
- Q - what if my item(s) arrives broken?
- A - If your item ARRIVES broken I will need proof, then I will send you a new one. I do not do refunds due to scammers.
- Q - what if my item(s) breaks days/weeks later?
- A - my items are fragile and shouldnt be handled frequently, if they were to break (ex. by dropping) I will gladly fix them if you send them back to me, I will pay postage to send it back to you.
- Q - what if my item(s) dont arrive at all?
- A - if your tracked order says delivered that would be out of my control (due to scammers lying), if it gets lost however, I will send a new one.
